allows them to be moved around with relative ease, however the case
will obviously weigh the same as the weights, in this case 20kg so

total you will get 4 x 0.5kg discs, 4 x 1.25kg discs, 4 x 2.5kg
discs, 4 x chrome spinlock collars (the things which keep the discs
on the bars), 2 x chrome bars and finally a helpful exercise wall
chart to help you get started and show you the correct way that you
should be carrying out the exercises so that you don't hurt
yourself.
York are world renowned for producing some of the highest
quality weight training equipment money can buy and these dumbbells
are no exception. They are manufactured from cast iron, not the
cheap plastic that you sometimes get with these products, and are
made in such a way that any other York weight discs you buy will be
compatible with these bars, should you need to increase the weight

As expected on Amazon.co.uk the dumbbells receive a 4.5 out of 5
star rating and the only notable negatives with the product that
any customers could comment on were delivery and/or courier
problems. The only minor problem with the product itself that
one customer commented on was that when they received their item
there was a small amount of rust on the bars, and as they were
bought as a present this was slightly embarrassing. However over
time any of this type of product will accumulate rust, it is
inevitable so in my opinion this can barely be called a downside,
it is an unavoidable fact of life.
